Refund policy

At Gold Couture, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unwashed and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all labels still attached
  • Be in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

You can easily register your return via your order:

  • Go to your order confirmation email and click on “View your order”or log in via www.goldcouture.eu and go to “My orders”
  • Select the order you wish to return
  • Click on “Request return”
  • Select the item(s) and the reason for return
  • Follow the instructions to complete your return

Important information

Returns must always be registered in advance
Items sent without a return request will not be accepted
The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed

Damage and problems

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via info@goldcouture.eu so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive another item is to return your original order and place a new order as soon as your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, you will be notified of the approval status.

If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@goldcouture.eu.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The same return conditions as mentioned above apply.
